The Franklin County Senior Citizens Center provides companionship, entertainment
and social opportunities for older individuals who are reaching, or have reached, the
age of retirement and provides the opportunity for their self expression in the interest
of good citizenship and community betterment which will assist in the maintenance
of independent living with meaning and dignity.
